Running

Sydney CBD offers numerous options for athletes to hit the pavement including the historic Rocks on Sydney’s foreshore and the scenic surrounds of Centennial Parklands. Crossing the bridge will provide athletes with some picturesque running opportunities around Luna Park and Milsons Point.
Parks in and around Darling Harbour include:

  • Royal Botanic Gardens

Cycling

All roads in Sydney can be ridden by cyclists. However, it is important to wear proper clothing at all times and a high res vest and helmet is mandatory when riding in Sydney.  Some good cycling destinations include:

Centennial Parklands

Cyclists are welcome in Centennial Parklands from sunrise to sunset, every day of the year. The track is superb for riders of any experience.
